Included in this WÜSTHOF kitchen knife set are a 23cm (9″) carving knife, 27cm (10.5″) cook’s knife, 15cm (6″) fillet knife, 6cm (2.5″) turning knife, 9cm (3.5″) paring knife and 30cm (12″) sharpening steel.
